Community Committees

Learn about committees and activities in our community! If you are interested in starting a club or group or joining an existing committee, please contact the board of directors or your community manager. If you’d simply like to join attend one of the quarterly board meetings or contact the organizer for more information.

Homeowner volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees:

Activities Committees 

In an effort to encourage neighborhood involvement the activities committee plans to have at least one activity each quarter.

Are you able to help plan and organize neighborhood events? Join our activities committee to pitch in with your planning skills and help execute fun events the whole community will enjoy.

Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee's main responsibility is to review applications for architectural changes to homes in the community. The purpose of this is to ensure that changes made are in compliance with the covenants of the neighborhood in an effort to maintain proprty value for years to come. If you would be interested in helping on this committee please let us know.

Decorations Committee

Care to help put up or take down decorations for the various holidays throughout the year? Then please join the activities committee and put your skills to good use! We currently put up decorations for Independence Day and Christmas. With additional support, we would be able to include decorations for additional holidays.
